I got into crypto in 2019 as a trader — the account I still post from is from that September. For a few years it was just me and the charts.
The turn came when I noticed that the traders I talked to every day kept asking me the same things: which exchange, how to size a position, how not to blow up. I was already doing the work of an affiliate without earning from it. So in 2023 I started building it properly.
Three years later that's a network of 102 sub-partners doing $505M in referred volume over the last three months — up from $122M to $227M per month across that quarter. The number I'm actually proud of is a different one: 93% of that volume comes from partners I recruited, not from my own referral link. I built something that grows when I'm asleep.
What makes me good at this is that I'm not a marketer who learned crypto. I trade futures daily, so when I talk to a partner I'm talking about a product I use, and they can tell in the first two minutes. I recruit best in person — conferences are where I sign people, because trust in this industry is still built face to face. And when the network needed a retention tool, I didn't file a request, I built the Mini App myself.
I'm applying because one person hits a ceiling. I want to do this with a team behind me.
