DIAMAN Capital Ltd launched last year the PHI Token project (with a successful ICO in March 2018) intending to realise three platform Saas for crypto and financial space. The mother company has almost 20 years of experience in the financial market, and the project in Malta is to create service and product to merge the crypto technology and investment opportunities into traditional finance. The company actually has an external CTO and outsourced teams in Europe that realised the three platform, but now the management aims to internalise the dev team starting from a new CTO that has to write code and also will have the responsibility to create an internal dev team in the future.
