You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business unit, risk, legal, and product development to create tailored solutions that meet client needs, optimize returns, and manage risk in a rapidly evolving digital asset market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate structured crypto financial products such as tokenized derivatives, yield-bearing instruments, and securitized digital assets.
• Assess and optimise advanced financial models to price, assess risk, and forecast performance of crypto-structured products.
• Collaborate closely with business unit, risk management, legal, and product teams to structure and execute complex crypto finance transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics of structured crypto products, ensuring alignment with Binance’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and market insights for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and Binance’s internal policies related to crypto finance and structured products.
• Support the development and launch of new crypto-structured products by providing financial expertise and market intelligence.
• Assist in due diligence, documentation, and onboarding processes for structured finance deals involving digital assets.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in the crypto and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured finance or investment banking with a strong focus or interest in crypto.
• Understanding of crypto assets, blockchain technology, and digital financial instruments.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Knowledge of global crypto regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with DeFi, tokenization, and yield optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain analytics, and blockchain protocols.
