Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates.We are looking for a motivated person to join the Ukraine Marketing team, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials; 
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
• Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.); 
• Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements; 
• Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization); 
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics; 
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); 
• Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
• Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is a plus; 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Fluency in Ukrainian);
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
