Learn about BAP Program <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/blog/all/early-career-program-how-binance-gears-up-early-career-talent-3048651" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" target="_blank">HERE</a><b>Who may apply</b>Current university students who can work at least 4 days per week for 6 months<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><ul><li>Responsible for Cryptocurrency trading analysis, analysis of potential trading opportunities for Centralized Exchange and Decentralized Exchange</li><li>Responsible for analyzing the use effect of new product features, and optimizing product features with data as the driving force</li><li>Perform regular monitoring of key operational metrics, to provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders of any anomaly or actionable insight observed</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis on metrics (SLAs, non-compliant area, unexpected trading, capacity/utilization) to identify areas to improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver such use cases</li><li>Safeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistency</li><li>Able to juggle between multiple tasks and manage priorities from different teams</li><li>Support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication and requirement alignment</li></ul></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><ul><li>Undergraduate or postgraduate with strong data analytical skills (e.g. Data analytics or data science/machine learning programs)</li><li>Strong ownership & down to earth mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with collaborative mindset</li><li>Practical experience/skill of SQL, Python with data analytics/data science/machine learning</li><li>Internship experience in Cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies</li><li>Exposure to compliance domain knowledge is a plus</li></ul></ul>

<p>Work directly with internal and external clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements; translate them into system requirements and data solutions. Collaborate with project teams to align requirements and implement appropriate data analytics solutions. Consult and propose Data Analytics &amp; Business Intelligence solutions based on clients’ business needs. Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions, from data extraction and preparation to data modeling, analysis, and visualization; collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data meets analytical requirements. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members; proactively lead project modules or workstreams. Develop documentation and templates, standardize working methodologies, and proactively stay updated on new data analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.</p>
