We are a new neobank and we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Tokenomics Advisor to join our team as a contractor/freelancer. As a leading neobank focused on sustainability and green technologies, we are in the process of implementing a utility token and integrating blockchain technology into our platform. We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in tokenomics and blockchain implementation on a freelance basis.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on the selection of the most suitable blockchain platform for our utility token implementation, considering factors such as scalability, security, compatibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices for token economics, including revenue generation strategies, holding incentives, staking mechanisms, and rewards programs.
- Guide the integration of account abstraction features and transaction recording functionalities to enhance user experience and simplify interactions with the blockchain.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of the utility token within our neobank platform.
- Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments related to blockchain implementation and tokenomics, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in blockchain technology and tokenomics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and expertise in tokenomics and blockchain technology, specifically within the neobanking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms, such as ATOM, Proton, and others, including their technical capabilities, limitations, and suitability for different use cases.
- Proven track record of successfully advising on tokenomics strategies and blockchain implementation for commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of smart contracts, transaction recording, and account abstraction concepts.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations related to utility tokens and blockchain technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical and economic factors and provide practical recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
