About the Role:

As a Lunar Strategy Account Manager, you will serve as the vital link between our company and its clients within the dynamic and evolving cryptocurrency sector. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of blockchain technologies and crypto markets to manage and grow client accounts effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing client projects, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring that our services consistently meet the high expectations of our clients in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the cryptocurrency industry, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored account solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the crypto market to offer informed advice and strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute effective advertising campaigns targeted at the crypto audience.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain: You should have a solid understanding of how cryptocurrencies work, including knowledge of various blockchain platforms, smart contracts, DeFi (Decentralized Finance), NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), and emerging trends in the crypto space.
  • Experience in Advertising/Account Management: At least 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or account management roles, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving growth targets. Experience in digital or performance marketing within the crypto or fintech industries is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance data, market trends, and financial information to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for managing client relationships and working effectively with internal teams. The ability to simplify complex crypto concepts for clients and stakeholders is crucial.
  • Adaptability: The crypto market is fast-paced and ever-changing. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and ready to tackle new challenges as they arise.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in blockchain technology or digital currencies are a plus.
