Responsibilities
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions and ensure the financial reports complied with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Supervise and manage AP, AR, general ledger, taxes, etc
- Contract review
- Work with external auditors and consultants
- Other tasks delegated by the management
- Support the other team members;
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting/financial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a must
- Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP, Certified Public Accountant is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience at relevant positions
- Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting, financial reporting, and finance management
- Fluent writing and speaking in English and Mandarin, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
- Honest and professional work ethic
- A team player, able to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for better collaboration with internal team and external market
