Accounting & Ops Intern

We are looking for a proactive, and meticulous candidate with a sharp eye for detail to join us as an Accounting & Ops Intern.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams to support bookkeeping, reporting, and general operational tasks

Job Scope

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (e.g. invoices, expenses, reconciliations)

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities

• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Work with operations on process improvements and data organization

• Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Able to commit to a 6-month part-time internship.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• Has had previous bookkeeping experience or interested in accounting in general

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
