We are looking for a proactive, and meticulous candidate with a sharp eye for detail to join us as an Accounting & Ops Intern.
In this role, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams to support bookkeeping, reporting, and general operational tasks
Job Scope
Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (e.g. invoices, expenses, reconciliations)
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Work with operations on process improvements and data organization
Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed
Skills & Requirements
Able to commit to a 6-month part-time internship.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Has had previous bookkeeping experience or interested in accounting in general
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
