Accounts Manager (3-5 years PQE) - Digital Assets

Over the years Keyrock has become a company that is both idealistic and practical.What we are looking for... a Mid-Level Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our accounting processes. The candidate will be overseeing the accounting processes internally and will be the main point of contact for our external accountants.

Job description

• Completing daily accounting duties with a high degree of accuracy.

• Supervising Accounts Payable operations, including processing, categorization, payments, and confirming transactions.

• Managing Accounts Receivable responsibilities, such as issuing invoices, tracking, reviewing aging accounts, overseeing bad debt, allocating collections, and resolving discrepancies.

• Efficiently overseeing the accrual process and provisions.

• Conducting thorough analysis and reconciliations of the Monthly Balance Sheet.

• Executing the monthly closing process and generating comprehensive reports.

• Establishing and reinforcing relevant policies and internal controls.

• Contributing to the implementation of transfer pricing policies and optimizing tax strategies and accounting methods.

• Participating in creating consolidated financial statements.

Background and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (BE GAAP and IFRS)

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing daily accounting tasks.

• Prior experience in overseeing Accounts Payable  and Accounts Receivables procedures.

• Familiarity with establishing and reinforcing policies and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Previous involvement in contributing to the implementation of transfer pricing policies and optimizing tax treatments and accounting practices.

• Experience in participating in the establishment of consolidated financial statements would be advantageous.

• You have a good knowledge of ERP accounting systems (Odoo would be ideal) and Microsoft Excel.
