Affiliate Manager – Crypto Casino & GambleFi

The Role

As Affiliate Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of affiliate and streamer partnerships at BETMODE. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and growing relationships with performance marketers, SEO affiliates, and crypto-native streamers who can drive high-quality traffic and long-term value.

Your work will directly influence platform growth and revenue, and you’ll be given full autonomy to test new approaches and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with our brand and user base
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing communication and support with affiliate and streamer partners
• Campaign Strategy: Design and execute affiliate campaigns, special bonuses, and landing page assets
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize for revenue, ROI, and retention
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals tailored to partner potential and performance
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, compliance matters, and new traffic opportunities
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, data, marketing, and compliance teams
• Streamer Support: Provide hands-on support to crypto streamers during campaign rollouts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within crypto casinos
• Established network of iGaming affiliates, SEO sites, and streamer contacts
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and commission models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Proven track record of negotiating high-impact deals and optimizing for quality traffic
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Excellent communication, reporting, and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Passion for crypto, DeFi, and the future of decentralized platforms

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Web3 GambleFi
• Familiarity with crypto-native communities, meme coins, NFTs, and staking mechanics
• Understanding of growth marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media)
• Regional knowledge of regulated vs. offshore iGaming markets
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools
