Qualifications
5+ yrs experience in an engineering role with focus on back-end Experience with async programming paradigms (our backend is written using RxJava) An understanding of the types of problems a finTech startup faces Self-directed, but comfortable collaborating with other engineers. Excited about working for a startup and executing quickly and intentionally Background working in financial services, payments industry, or related field is a plus
