We are looking for a highly driven backend engineer to join us and contribute to a rocketship product, building our exchange trading services.
Here's how you'll be contributing:
- Join our newly established Exchange Trading Team, comprised of seasoned and highly experienced trading professionals.
- Contribute to the development of our core backend trading services and APIs, ensuring a robust, high-performance trading infrastructure.
- Implement and test cutting-edge features that enable the trading of complex financial derivatives.
- Collaborate on creating monitoring and alerting dashboards, empowering our traders with real-time insights and data-driven tools.

- We are building automated and semi-automated trading strategies
- There are requirements for scalability, speed and robustness
- We are working with A LOT of data
Requirements:
- Computer science bachelor degree with at least 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Understanding of how microservices architecture works.
- Experience writing REST/Websocket APIs.
- Understanding of modern approaches for developing concurrent systems
- Experience with exchanges or trading systems a necessity
- Experience with on-chain trading and MEV will be an advantage
- Stationed in HK and able to work in the office with flexibility
