Responsibilites

• Assist the team with daily Liquid Staking & Simple Earn marketing, BD, growth & product operations.
• Plan the campaign schedule and manage the campaign execution end to end.
• Explore marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners, KOLs and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to maintain smooth product operation and marketing plan execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.
• Managing end-to-end regional, VIP & protocols amplification and pipeline of growth.
• Develop marketing & growth strategies with the team regularly to increase TVL for Liquid Staking & Simple Earn.
• Help to monitor and resolve Liquid Staking & Simple Earn issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 

Requirements

• Any previous experience in BD, Marketing, growth, operations, defi protocols, product management will be highly prioritised.
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once – can-do mentality.
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, DeFi and Web3 Products, platforms and ecosystems are highly desirable, knowing the Binance ecosystem will also be prioritized.
