Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across various functions, including administration, logistics, and coordination.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of regional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and reports to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and regional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the regional team and overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and functions.
