You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities

- Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.- Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.- Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.

Requirements

- Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.- Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.- Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.- Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).- Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.- Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
