Responsibilities

• Support Central Product Ops on daily/weekly tasks, including initiative tracking, product development follow-ups, and meeting preparation
• Conduct research and compile briefs on product, market, and competitive insights
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Organize and maintain documentation related to strategy, OKRs, and key initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and align on action items
• Support the user feedback loop by collecting, organizing, and sharing user insights with relevant teams to inform product improvements
• Shadow meetings and provide concise summaries with action point tracking

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to liase with overseas partners & stakeholders
