Responsibilities

• Provide support for project implementation and technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Exhibit a solution-oriented mindset: a natural strategic thinker and problem-solver who quickly grasps commercial and category insights, and translates key business drivers into compelling customer value propositions.
• Manage both routine and ad-hoc campaigns, production rollouts, change requests, and support the launch of new initiatives.
• Communicate and execute business operations, technical specifications, and risk management protocols.
• Conduct market research and carry out assigned information-gathering tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous — enjoys streamlining processes to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, precise work.
