Responsibilities

•  Assisting in facilitating effective communication among team members by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant information
• Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders by providing timely updates and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Assist in documenting project status reports for the project team and executive leadership clearly and regularly
• Utilize industry and internal PMO best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project implementation
• Managing data integrity within the system by conducting audits and collaborating with project managers on data hygiene
• Adapt to changes in work responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or previously an Intern in Payment industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
• Maintains strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple business units
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
