About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-orientedBAP witha background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
