In this hands-on role, you’ll have direct impact on how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.What you'll be doing- Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
- Oversee yield, DeFi, and derivative products and relevant frameworks
- Supporting new product approvals and launches, and rollouts for crypto features
- Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
- Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
- Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
- Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
- Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity
