Review and standardize C&B processes, controls, and documentation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Build and develop HR Analytics, with a focus on C&B Analytics, personnel costs, salary data, headcount, and HR metrics. Develop HR/C&B dashboards and reports, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. Lead the development of Job Architecture & Job Leveling, including Job Families, Job Levels, Job Profiles, and leveling criteria, ensuring consistency between job scope, career levels, and compensation. Participate in Compensation Design, including salary structures, salary ranges/bands, salary reviews, salary adjustments upon promotion, and incentive/bonus programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and provide appropriate recommendations.
