This team is responsible for setting targets, managing performance, and establishing governance frameworks to hold teams accountable for their results. Additionally, the CPMO oversees special and top-priority projects that are critical to the company's success. By working closely with all departments, the CPMO team ensures that Binance's projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

• Governance & Performance Management: 
Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight.Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders.
• Analytics, Insights and Reporting: 
Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.Create regular reports for senior management.
• Industry & Competition: 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.Develop and drive competitive strategies.
• Org & Process Optimization: 
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.Optimize internal processes to support growth.
• Special Projects: 
Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
• Project and change management experience.
• Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
• MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
