🔍 About the Role:
We're looking for a high-performing Affiliate Lead who can bring trading volume – not just signups. You should already have a solid network of crypto influencers, KOLs, and affiliate marketers who trust your word and can move serious volume, especially in spot, futures, or P2P segments.
This role is impact-first: measured by the actual USDT/BTC/ETH volume driven through your affiliate strategies.
✅ What You'll Do:
- Build and scale the affiliate program focused on volume-generating partners
- Onboard affiliates/KOLs who have a proven ability to drive trading activity
- Manage payout structures, incentive systems, and performance tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance (daily/weekly)
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships and keep partners engaged long-term
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Must have crypto exchange experience (no exceptions)
- Proven track record of generating real trading volume
- Existing affiliate/KOL network in the crypto space
- Strong understanding of trading funnels (esp. Spot, Futures, P2P)
- Comfortable working with tracking platforms (Appsflyer, HasOffers, etc.)
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly accountable
🌍 Bonus if you have:
- Multi-region affiliate experience (LATAM, SEA, EU, etc.)
- Past experience with tier-1 or tier-2 exchanges
- Fluent in local languages apart from English
