Social Media Manager

We’re after someone with spark. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with vision and creativity, able to turn the complex into clear messages with a distinctive stamp. Passion and curiosity for the blockchain/crypto space are key for this role. We want someone autonomous, with the judgement to prioritise, who listens and turns ideas into actions that fire up our community.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the brand voice.
• Respond to and spark conversations on X (Twitter) with a more informal, authentic and direct tone.
• Plan and publish on Instagram with a professional look and feel.
• Create and manage KOL campaigns (selection, outreach, briefing, coordination and results tracking).
• Plan and execute communication campaigns (set, plan and implement) with clear objectives.
• Design and maintain a strategic/editorial calendar.
• Build and maintain relationships with the community.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Identify recurring questions or issues and turn them into clear messages and practical resources.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing communities or brands in crypto/fintech/trading.
• Experience managing X, Instagram, TikTok and community platforms.
• Native or near-native English (ideally with experience living in English-speaking countries). Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to prioritise and keep a dynamic calendar organised.
• Proven passion for Web3, DeFi, blockchain and crypto, and an understanding of their communities.
• Experience launching community initiatives (forums, event series, newsletters and threads).
• Ability to identify and track KPIs for community and campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with common publishing and analytics tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritising and delivering.
