๐น Your Role:
As a member of our sales team, youโll work directly with web3 founders, helping them scale globally through P2Bโs ecosystem and strong network of industry partners.
Your main goal is to match crypto projects with the right services to support their growth โ and help you close high-value deals.
We provide qualified inbound leads โ projects that have already shown interest in our services.
Your key responsibilities:
- Qualify and filter incoming leads
- Identify the specific needs and stage of each project
- Offer tailored solutions: listing, marketing, market making, or fundraising
- Lead the communication and close the deal
โ What Weโre Looking For
- Proven experience in crypto or web3 sales (required)
- Understanding of listing, IEOs, and market making
- Strong written communication skills in English (B2+)
- Confidence in negotiating with startup founders and C-levels
- Result-driven and self-motivated attitude
