Responsibilities

• Trade set up and best execution - identifying opportunities for execution
• Managing daily Risk & P&L position of the desk
• Managing daily funding and hedge positions of the desk
• High level of diligence and discipline - Maintaining and improving various trading tools and the accuracy of the data they employ
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and showing commercial impact
• Strategy development – Collaborate to monitor market developments, reverse engineer structures in the market, and devise novel and unique features for optimization; understanding the implication of and solving regulatory, structural and market challenges.
• Model and research development – Work to develop financial models. Work to identify areas of research that are critical to product development, risk measurement within transactions, or investor education
• Risk Management – Active risk management and monitoring across the public and private side of the book, discuss existing and new strategies to effectively monetize the risks in the book in a volatile environment
• Producing commentary ranging from a variety of client e-mails to weekly and monthly strategy performance updates

Qualifications:

• An exceptionally driven and motivated individual with an innate desire to win
• Support deal flow end-to-end including modeling, structuring, validation, risk assessment and execution related to products, tokens, and various other structures in the cryptocurrency markets
• An understanding of markets and a keen interest in CryptocurrencyTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving ability with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to solving quantitative and qualitative problems - A creative and strategic thinker who is comfortable with new situations
• Enthusiastic, proactive player who will drive transactions and projects
