Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of development processes are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blockchain Technology. Strong understanding of distributed ledger concepts and consensus algorithms. Experience with smart contract development and deployment. Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain environments. Familiarity with blockchain platforms and frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar. Ability to design scalable and secure blockchain-based solutions tailored to business needs. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Blockchain Technology. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
