Job Description

Beaxy is a brand new, fully featured cryptocurrency exchange designed from the ground up for security, speed, reliability, and ease of use. At the core of what makes our exchange unique is our customer support team. As a support team member you will connect with customers directly to resolve issues, answer questions, and generally be helpful. Most importantly, we rely on our customer support to provide insight into how we are doing and where we can improve the Beaxy experience.

  • Communicate with customers through our ticketing system for support. (ticketing system experience is nifty)
  • Triage questions to appropriate teams.
  • Help identify common issues and work with appropriate departments to resolve and improve the Beaxy platform.
  • Strong written communication skills an absolute necessity. Brownie points for fluency in other languages.
  • Email based customer service experience a big plus.
  • Must have a solid amount of crypto trading experience.
  • Computer skills an absolute necessity. Technical background a plus.
  • Remote work experience a plus (and an ability to operate independently.)
  • Managerial and supervisory role experience a plus. We’ll be growing fast.
  • Sense of humor never hurts.
