We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing large volumes of information.
This role plays a key part in ensuring data is reliable, organized, and up to date to support smooth operations across the company.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting errors where necessary.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate simple reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline data processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Complete data entry tasks within established deadlines.
- Work UK business hours (approx. 9 AM–6 PM GMT).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or database management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in crypto or fintech is a nice-to-have.
