Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and engage early-stage crypto startups, with a primary focus on TON projects.
• Initial Screening: Assess market potential, team capabilities, and technical feasibility against FFund’s criteria.
• Due Diligence: Evaluate tokenomics, product-market fit, security considerations, and competitive positioning.
• Investment Analysis: Develop financial models, perform valuation assessments, and identify key risks.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong networks with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• TON Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of The Open Network’s (TON) architecture, tokenomics, and key projects is essential.
• Experience: 2+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related role— ideally in the crypto sector.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with decentralized technologies, Web3 trends, and the broader crypto landscape.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to interpret technical data.
• Communication: Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; Russian is desirable.
