Role Overview:

This role focuses on understanding the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape and contributing to the development of product strategies that align with market trends and client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the DeFi ecosystem, contribute to product development, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Market Research: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the DeFi space, focusing on emerging protocols, platforms, and trends to identify potential product opportunities and areas for growth.

· Product Strategy Development: Contribute to the design of innovative strategies and solutions tailored to market demand, with an emphasis on meeting client needs and maximizing long-term value.

· Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams (business development, product, risk management, and marketing) to help execute and refine product strategies in alignment with business goals.

· Strategic Planning: Evaluate market conditions and assist in defining strategic direction to ensure that product offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

· Client Engagement: Support the team in developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insight into market developments, and ensuring alignment with external partner needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) products and market dynamics.

· Ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform product and business strategies.

· Experience with financial analysis, product development, or risk management in DeFi or traditional finance settings.

· Familiarity with blockchain technologies and DeFi ecosystems.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to stay current with industry trends and technological innovations within the DeFi space.

· Mandarin proficiency is mandatory, as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking external partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with DeFi protocols or the blockchain ecosystem.

· Knowledge of DeFi product development and market adoption strategies.

· Understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding decentralized finance and blockchain technology.
