Who You Are:
We are looking for a trader to join our team in the Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will work alongside the global team in managing firmwide risk and have a strong background, and interest, in crypto markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute trades for the OTC desk
- Assist in managing day to day risk of transactions and positions for the desk
- Conduct risk & PNL reporting
- Contribute to the development of various risk monitoring, derivatives pricing tools and system optimization
- Closely monitor crypto and traditional markets to identify narratives, trends and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ of work experience, preferably in crypto, FX, or derivatives trading
- Strong programming/data analytics experience required
- Strong understanding of derivatives, including vanilla options and light exotics
- Analytic and quantitative skills, logical thinking and intellectual curiosity with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrable interest in trading and crypto markets
- Business English required
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in light exotic derivatives and structured products (barrier options, digital options, accumulators, autocallables, etc.)
