Through our wallet, users can send money to anyone, pay for bills, shop online at over 100,000 merchants, receive money transfers from 200+ countries even without a bank account, and of course view and purchase cryptocurrencies.Job Responsibilities:- In partnership with the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will put together the brand’s overall digital marketing strategy covering the following areas:- Design a framework for an integrated digital marketing strategy (to include Search Engine Optimization, Digital Ad Spend and Optimization, EDM/SMS, Mobile Marketing/ App Store Optimization, Push & In App Notifications among other digital marketing and advertising channels)- Drive usage and sign ups in line with business goals- Implement conversion tracking methods- Anchor campaign strategies on relevant and up to date customer insights. - Effective use of marketing analytics to assess impact of campaigns, plan upcoming initiatives and make strategic decisions. - Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate campaigns to drive customer activation, retention and increase overall customer lifetime value Qualifications/Skills:- Expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and activations of new-to-market brands preferably in the FinTech industry- Proven experience in end-to-end management of conversion driven campaigns- Strong communication skills- Creative and out of the box thinker- Knowledge of how to use Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager or similar third-party platforms, AppsFlyer (or other attribution or performance marketing platforms), and rewards and loyalty platforms preferred- Agile. Must always be on top of what is new and trending in digital marketing and have the capability to quickly act on how to leverage these trends- Data Driven.
