The Role

We're hiring our first marketing leader to own GTM execution and growth for True Markets. You’ll translate leadership’s narrative into clear GTM motions, campaigns, and market presence, defining how we show up in the market, running launches, and building our content and messaging infrastructure from the ground up. 

Narrative strategy, investor communications, and regulatory messaging stay close to leadership — your job is to make that positioning land. You’ll work closely with leadership and external partners to execute campaigns and launches.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be building GTM for the consumer product launches and growth initiatives while supporting the institutional product.
• Run campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives
• Build and maintain core messaging, brand voice, and content (explainers, decks, social, thought leadership)
• Track and report on growth, reach, activation, and engagement KPIs
• Coordinate with leadership on PR and external communications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, product marketing, or growth — with clear strategic ownership at some point in your career
• Experience marketing financial products, trading platforms, or crypto/fintech infrastructure (not just consumer apps)
• You've owned a function or a major initiative end-to-end — you know how to build, not just execute
• Exceptional writer and storyteller — you can translate complex financial and technical concepts clearly and make infrastructure feel compelling
• Comfortable with both institutional and consumer motion; able to context-switch without losing clarity
• Startup instincts: you default to action, you don't need perfect information, you're resourceful

Remuneration and Benefits

• Salary Range: $180,000-$210,000 + equity
