Responsibilities

• Lead the team with Earn products operation and product growth
• Plan and execute activities and communication to increase user and product growth. Explore collaboration opportunities with token partners
• Monitor and resolve Earn product issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle and have experience involved at various stages, stakeholder management, test case review, production support and operational process optimisation, excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent prioritisation framework, ability to rationalise and align with the stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development.
• Well known each DeFi protocol mechanism and cooperate with TOP protocols to expand the Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSD) market
• Collaborate with risk control department to conduct risk assessment and liquidity management of financial products
• Participate in the structural design of financial products, optimize products according to market and user needs to enhance market share

Requirements

• More than 5 years of practical experience in financial institutions and more than 3+ years of Crypto industry experience, and ability to design financial products and system construction
• Bachelor degree or above in finance, computer or mathematics, have professional financial knowledge, be familiar with the operating rules of financial markets, and have strong risk management awareness
• Solid understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn Products and Services
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends
• Great logical thinking ability, strong communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Strong management and leadership skills
