Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily Simple Earn Flexible Products operation.
• Monitor and resolve Simple Earn Flexible Products related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Plan and execute user growth strategies including but not limited to user education, AMA, marketing activities to achieve user growth.
• Explore marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to maintain smooth product operation and marketing plan execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, DeFi protocols, product management, marketing, or user growth.
• Great logical thinking, communication skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
• Solid understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn Products and Services, have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends.
• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and writing skills.
