Earn- Staking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Staking Product Operations: Responsible for the operation of on-chain staking products. Conduct in-depth research on various on-chain protocol mechanisms to ensure product stability and continuous optimization.
• Market Research: Conduct research on blockchain financial innovations, identify new opportunities, design product solutions, and drive new products to market to maintain competitiveness.
• Data Analysis:
•  Monitor and analyze data to optimize business performance, continuously improve user experience, and support business decision-making.
• Cross-Team Collaboration and Project Management:
•  Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure projects are launched on time and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Web3. Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain, exchanges, and related products and technologies. In-depth understanding of blockchain financial products, user needs, and market trends.
• Technical and Financial Background: A technical background is preferred. Financial knowledge or experience with financial products is a plus.
• Product Experience: Experience in blockchain, DeFi, or staking product design is preferred. Understanding with blockchain technology is an advantage.
• Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Learning Ability: Strong learning ability to quickly understand industry and new business model.
