We're looking for you if most of the below speaks to you:
- You are happy (and dare we say even keen) to join our girl-powered mission team!
- You are ready to roll up your sleeves and prove together with us that web3 can drive the positive impact solutions tackling environmental and socio-economic challenges created by the fashion industry
- You are seriously into the whole early-days rush, excitement (and indeed the unknowns) as well as addicted to building things from the ground up. Important to note though (important enough to not be with an asterix in the footnote but bang in the middle of this text): mental and physical well-being is an openly and routinely discussed topic for us and a key definer in how we do things so you need to be willing to also identify and accept your own limits and see it as a strength- sounds easy enough but we ourselves have found it to be a challenge of a lifetime.
- You feel ok about not knowing the answer to every challenge but are wired in a way to apply a creative approach in looking for and combining solutions. In other words: you agree that what can be imagined, can be built; you are ready to innovate and build new blueprints as much as take existing ones and reformulate.
- You are keen to build and lead a dream team. (Important to note though: this will be a hands-on role from the get-go - you should love to code).
