We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack Blockchain Engineer/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-based applications and smart contracts, utilizing the most popular and emerging programming languages. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic team to push the boundaries of blockchain technology, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of blockchain-based applications and smart contracts using languages like Solidity, Rust, and Golang. Ensure the creation of robust, secure, and innovative solutions that meet our high standards.
- Collaboration and Prioritization: Work in close collaboration with the team to identify, prioritize, and efficiently implement key application features and functionalities, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Backend Systems: Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems essential for blockchain applications, focusing on performance and user experience.
- Front-end Development: Engage in front-end development as necessary, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that meets our quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively work with the team to continuously improve the product's user experience and performance, leveraging feedback and data to guide decisions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, with significant involvement in blockchain/Web3 technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in blockchain or backend programming languages such as Solidity, Golang, or Rust, alongside knowledge in at least one modern web development framework
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts and collaborating with diverse teams.
