Full Stack Blockchain Engineer / Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of blockchain-based applications and smart contracts using languages like Solidity, Rust, and Golang. Ensure the creation of robust, secure, and innovative solutions that meet our high standards.
• Collaboration and Prioritization: Work in close collaboration with the team to identify, prioritize, and efficiently implement key application features and functionalities, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Backend Systems: Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems essential for blockchain applications, focusing on performance and user experience.
• Front-end Development: Engage in front-end development as necessary, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that meets our quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively work with the team to continuously improve the product's user experience and performance, leveraging feedback and data to guide decisions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, with significant involvement in blockchain/Web3 technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in blockchain or backend programming languages such as Solidity, Golang, or Rust, alongside knowledge in at least one modern web development framework
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts and collaborating with diverse teams.
