Head of Marketing

Entangle pioneers the creation of fully customizable and interoperable data infrastructure tailored for Web3 and institutional needs. We empower builders and dApps with universal data pathways, allowing seamless operations across various blockchain networks. 

We’re seeking a seasoned marketing executive to collaborate with the market research unit to build out the content creation processes and maximise outreach and market exposure. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and management skills while also being willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the launch of dapps from both marketing and PR perspectives, ensuring comprehensive positioning and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication delivery strategy encompassing various mediums such as X, YouTube, web outlets and portals, maximising reach and engagement.

- Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to track performance metrics and optimise exposure, including identifying optimal posting times and content strategies.

- Take ownership of public relations initiatives for both the company and its CEO, suggesting compelling narratives and managing media relationships to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

- Devise and execute strategic communication efforts to elevate the public profile of C-level executives, positioning them as thought leaders within the industry.

- Foster and nurture relationships with key industry press outlets, journalists, and influencers to increase media coverage and public exposure, leveraging these connections for strategic outreach and engagement.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at user growth, collaborating closely with technical, product, and external partners to brainstorm innovative ideas and conduct thorough analyses to support business expansion efforts.

- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all communication channels, effectively resonating with the target audience while safeguarding the integrity of the brand identity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with web-based products, with at least 3 years in lead roles within web3 projects (e.g., DeFi, GameFi).

- Experience leading teams of 15+ people.

- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

- In-depth knowledge of USPs of popular ecosystems such as EVM and Solana.

- Personal experience dealing with crypto assets.

- Proven track record of successfully launching dApps globally.

- Expertise in growing user bases using the latest technology and tools.

- Strong media relations skills, including pitching and building relationships with the press.

- Ability to create, drive, and execute marketing strategy effectively.

- Experience with Founders PR.

- Located in EMEA or Asia to accommodate team business hours.
