Now, weāre looking for an experienced and drivenĀ PR & Media Buying ManagerĀ who lives and breathes Web3. Youāll be responsible for building narratives, securing top-tier media placements, and negotiating powerful media buys that put our clients exactly where they need to beāfront and center
š What Youāll Be Doing
- Lead and manage PR campaigns for Web3 and crypto projectsāfrom strategy to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in crypto, tech, and finance media.
- Secure high-impact media placements (earned and paid) in top-tier publications.
- Own media buying strategy across digital platforms and niche crypto sites.
- Craft press releases, pitch decks, bylines, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor press coverage and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align PR strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of Web3 trends, token launches, events, and key industry developments.
š What Weāre Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience inĀ PR and media buyingāwith at least 2 years focused on Web3, blockchain, or crypto.
- A strong network of crypto and tech journalists, editors, and media platforms.
- Proven success securing media coverage across leading outlets (e.g., CoinDesk, Decrypt, CoinTelegraph, TechCrunch, etc.).
- Experience buying and negotiating paid placements, advertorials, and sponsored content.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team with global clients.
- Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on ownership and results.
