Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for talent recruitment for the company’s core positions (including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate communication, and onboarding process)
- Work closely with hiring departments to understand team needs and develop/optimize recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expand the Web3/technical talent pool
- Participate in employee relations management, supporting daily communication, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction improvement
- Assist in organizing employee performance evaluation processes, supporting salary review and promotion procedures
- Participate in optimizing HR management processes and policies, including onboarding/offboarding, attendance, contracts, records, and other basic HR operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR work experience; prior experience leading the recruitment function preferred
- Experience in the Web3 industry, especially in an HR role within a project team, is a strong plus
- Familiar with recruitment processes, performance evaluation, and basic employee relations handling
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
- Possess strong communication, coordination, stress management, and self-motivation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred
