We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This all-rounded role will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin, demonstrating a keen interest in the crypto and financial services industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the payroll and internal staff movement employees (like MPF & other internal doc.) records.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
