Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain project plans.
2. Lead the planning, scheduling, and supervision of assigned projects to ensure progress against the goals and objectives.
3. Determine, suggest, and help implement project management approaches, tools, and techniques.
4. Serve as primary liaison between internal project teams and other stakeholders.
5. Proactively manage expectations and provide timely information to managers, co-workers, clients and partners.
6. Establish appropriate approvals and committed deliverables are met on time and reviews are completed.
7. Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems and recommend solutions.
8. Ensure decisions needed, changes to project timelines, and changes to project scope are communicated and documented.
9. Plan and work independently to prioritize and complete tasks and projects.
10. Track, compile, and coordinate project related updates.
11. Develop and implement constructive resolutions to improve compliance, controls, and efficiencies while balancing risk and cost.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Great experience in business analysis, reporting of business data, problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis.
2. Great organizational, analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must possess extreme attention to detail, superb follow-up skills, and excellent critical thinking ability.
5. Strong personal belief in decentralization.

Bonus:

1. Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1484), and other protocols.

2. Knowledge of tokens, side-chains, and new trends in blockchain.
   

3. Knowledge of security, cryptography, and other core concepts.
   

4. Familiar with Raindrop Protocol
   

5. Familiar with Snowflake Protocol
   

6. Familiar with Ice Protocol
