Hydro - Technical Business Personnel

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and design decks, materials and training guides for projects to understand the Hydro APIs
   

2. Analysis and design of solutions to fulfill business requirements
   

3. Liaise with projects about which Hydro smart contracts and API suite their solution
   

4. Lead workshops, meet-ups and training
   

5. System support including advanced technical knowledge of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflow (RICEW)
   

6. Constantly be aware of the requirements and their impact on a system in all stages
   

7. Input and review on Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
   

8. Creating use cases, process flow analysis and project plans.
   

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years in computer programming or Business Analysis
   

2. Knowledge of smart contracts and APIs
   

3. Effective at verbal and oral communication between technical and non-technical audiences
   

4. Ability to balance competing priorities
   

5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
   

6. Ability to work effectively under broad direction with minimal supervision
   

7. Background in research
   

8. Can-do attitude, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
