Are you a front end engineer looking to partner up for an exciting web3 opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced front end engineer to join our team (as cofounder) to help serve the needs of millions of people who are being onboarded to web3.
This is an opportunity to help shape and develop a product in an industry you are excited about, but also to build and own a significant equity stake in a web3 company. You will be working alongside three other enthusiastic and hard working cofounders who are aiming to build a product experience that millions of people will love, while having fun along the way.

About the startup (ID8R)
We are building a design studio for NFTs, enabling people to express themselves and show-off their treasured digital collectibles in exciting new ways.
- Three existing cofounders (in Australia, Germany, and India), you would be our fourth
- We have generated early revenue & secured grants, with an MVP in the market
- We see a path to growth and looking to build out a larger team to accelerate our progress

We are looking for a front end engineer to own the front end of our app and website(s), ideally you have:
- An interest in web3, and NFTs (experience not critical, suits someone transitioning to web3)
- Strong, demonstrable experience in our existing stack: JS, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS
- Creativity and a focus on human centred design (UI/UX) shining in your portfolio
- WebGL and/or Three.js experience would be highly regarded
- Ok with vesting equity as remuneration until funding/revenue supports salaries
- Consistent availability (20+ hours/week), could fit alongside other commitments while unpaid
Ideally you have experience working in early stage startups/ventures or you are familiar enough to understand what to expect.
We need someone who is hands on, writing the code, designing the app (alongside our existing tech and design leads), with the view that as we scale the business your responsibilities would evolve to share the responsibility of leading a team.
