Lead Front-End Engineer (Cofounder, Equity)

We are looking for a front end engineer to own the front end of our app and website(s), ideally you have:

• An interest in web3, and NFTs (experience not critical, suits someone transitioning to web3)
• Strong, demonstrable experience in our existing stack: JS, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS
• Creativity and a focus on human centred design (UI/UX) shining in your portfolio
• WebGL and/or Three.js experience would be highly regarded
• Ok with vesting equity as remuneration until funding/revenue supports salaries
• Consistent availability (20+ hours/week), could fit alongside other commitments while unpaid

Ideally you have experience working in early stage startups/ventures or you are familiar enough to understand what to expect.

We need someone who is hands on, writing the code, designing the app (alongside our existing tech and design leads), with the view that as we scale the business your responsibilities would evolve to share the responsibility of leading a team.
