What you'll do

• Investigate prospective cryptocurrencies based on primary research (whitepapers, codebase, Github) and external discussions
• Guide crypto projects through our listings process
• Improve and automate the listings process based on feedback from crypto projects
• Automate tasks necessary to list cryptocurrencies, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Security
• Coordinate end-to-end listing process of token project on the platform
• Monitor the progression of projects to pre-launch phase to currently live (i.e., forks, network upgrades, consensus changes)
• Conduct diligence on technical aspects of crypto projects, including directly liaising with asset issuers
• Explain the value proposition of cryptocurrencies or related technologies to key partners

What you’ll need

• Broad research skills for Crypto/ Web3 projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong ability to problem solve in unstructured situations, and an ability to drive challenging and vague problems to clarity and resolution
• Proven excellence in making informed judgements based on research and metrics, and setting priorities in ambiguous situations
• 1-3 years of work experience managing complex processes and or Crypto/ Web3 projects
