Listing Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet

We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.Our Web3 Wallet Operations team is expanding and now looking for an Operations Specialist to focus on listings by monitoring project life cycles, resolve wallet issues, investigate business demands, analyze user challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI
• Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency
• Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that team’s project targets are met within the project timeline 
• Monitor and resolve wallet issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation
• Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
• Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in blockchain & Web3
• 1-2 years of experience in listing operations, familiar with event operations & promotions before & post-projects listing
• Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business, especially in on-chain trading for early Web3 projects
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
