Job Scope
As a Marketing Associate at Lavarage, you will be instrumental in shaping our public presence and engaging our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content across various social media platforms, including articles, graphics, and videos.
- Data Analytics: Monitor and record performance metrics using Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Community Management: Organize community schedules, conduct moderator training sessions, and manage ticket inquiries to foster a vibrant and supportive community.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Tackle various additional tasks as needed, which may vary based on current marketing goals and project requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Crypto Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and DeFi; prior trading experience in this field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of one or two additional languages is a plus.
- Creativity and Humor: A keen sense of humor, particularly a love for memes, which resonates well within the crypto community.
